Interview with Christa
What have I learned the most from?
From my own experiences in further education that supported me in building strengths as well as discovering and developing potentials. From diverse challenges in changing companies and through collaboration with various personalities. From role models, mentors, and companions. From daily training and consulting practice.
Why did I become a trainer / consultant?
I enjoy working with people and do so with great joy. On the topics that move them and on what they can achieve for themselves and in the company. I like the varied workday and the daily new challenges that need to be mastered, both in small and large ways. My work is fun for me, and that is felt by the person I am working with.
Which project is waiting to be realized?
My apple tree project. Where it will stand one day is still written in the stars.
What is particularly close to my heart?
To view and appreciate people and organizations in their entirety. To make the potentials and resources that lie within each person usable for individual development. To achieve a networking of people in companies and to integrate collegial consulting into everyday work. The development of individual concepts and alternatives for action.
With whom / what can I not at all?
With political decisions that are not needs-oriented and miss the target. With people who are only interested in their own path and success. With a lack of trust and openness, even towards new things. With a parked car when I am in a hurry.
