Interview with Christian

What have I learned the most from?

From the tasks that initially seemed unachievable to me. Then taking a deep breath, giving myself a push, starting, and step by step seeing that I can actually do it.

Why did I become a trainer / consultant?

Because I want to share the wonderful “tools” that enrich my own life immensely and are helpful in many life situations with others. It deeply fulfills me when I see how people in my courses grow and mature. Happy, shining eyes of my participants are the greatest gift for me.

What project is waiting to be realized?

To finish my CD with my own songs…

What is particularly close to my heart?

My own continuous becoming, growing, and maturing. Bringing even more lightness and joy as well as inner peace into my life. And sharing this with the people who cross my path. Be it in my family, among friends, or in seminars.

Who / what can I not deal with at all?

People who are unpredictable because they do not reflect on themselves and their moods and therefore act them out on others.
People who do not stand by what they say because they have no commitment to themselves, life, and others.
People who are “fundamentally dissatisfied”.
Injustice.

What experiences have shaped my development as a coach the most?

The many wonderful teachers from whom I have had the privilege to learn on my journey.

  • Two weeks with Thich Nhat Hanh in the monastery, living in mindfulness. “Walk when you walk, sit when you sit, stand when you stand, eat when you eat, …”
  • All the Taiji-Qi-Gong masters who taught me stability, softness, flow, lightness, laughter, strength, charisma, assertiveness, will, and centering.
  • Currently, Li Junfeng, who at 80 years old still travels the world fresh, fit, agile, and absolutely gracefully to teach his Sheng Zhen Gong, and his daughter Li Jing, who lovingly “tortures” me in private lessons to bring even more out of me.
  • Lisa Sokolov (Embodied Voice Work) who opens a spiritual space in her courses without ever mentioning it.

...and the experience that everything can be transferred to each other and to life itself.
