Interview with Christian

What have I learned the most?

My craft history has shown me what my hands can do and has taught me structured work even with my hands. The experiences that my back cannot carry everything were painful but very helpful. I have worked enthusiastically with people who do not "function" as we imagine. This collaboration opened eyes, perspectives, and senses and helped to see one's own possibilities: having to and being allowed to start over again and again. Empathy and listening take on a special meaning.

Why did I become a trainer / consultant?

It happened - partly supported by an outplacement consulting. And then it turned out that my professional history, so colorful and full of experience, is very helpful for this. Now I love this profession and learn so much from the clients and also in my own failures.

Which project is waiting to be realized?

I have found my professional and private home. As a man "in the prime of life," I try to make the most of it. Travel is on the horizon, both inner and outer! And being active outdoors is a life elixir!

What is particularly close to my heart?

A happily laughing and also mocking team while joyfully moving forward. A close connection with my son, even in sports encounters. A colorful family at the table for whom I have cooked.

Who / what can I not deal with at all?

I find it difficult to deal with highly emotional people who take themselves too seriously and are not open to accepting differences.

Which experience has shaped my development as a coach the most?

Desperate situations in conflicts and quietly and attentively waiting until a little door opens with questions and staying present. Learning to develop confidence with good clients in long projects and to keep moving forward.
