Interview with Christine

What have I learned the most from?

I have learned the most from situations where I couldn't move forward on my own, had to break free from my old patterns, and open up entirely new "perspectives" for myself.

Why did I become a trainer / consultant?

My resume and chance brought me to this, as well as my fundamental curiosity and sympathy for people. And the experience that I can help one or another to take more efficient and beneficial paths.

Which project is waiting to be realized?

Still: The completion of the expansion of our farm – a long-term project...

What is particularly close to my heart?

My husband and my little son Nils, forests, the perennials near Augsburg, as well as since 2009 also the Pfalz and chocolate (I love dark chocolate!).

Who / what can I not stand at all?

If I have to, I can get along with almost anyone. However, overly strong self-love is a real test of patience for me, especially when it permanently obstructs the view of what is essential. Whatever that may be. Otherwise, I personally struggle with injustices (which, by the way, was already the case in school ;-) ).

Which experience has shaped my development as a coach the most?

There are many experiences that have shaped my development. I would particularly like to highlight my further training in the field of concentrative movement therapy, which showed me that what is said can be one thing, but behavior can be something entirely different.
