Interview with Christoph
What have I learned the most from?
From unexpected changes, where I had to seek new paths for myself. Professionally from additional and larger areas of responsibility, where I could grow and develop myself.
Why did I become a trainer / consultant?
Because I like to give impulses and support people in processes of change. Because I get to learn something new again and again. And because many wonderful people have supported me in this step.
Which project is waiting to be realized?
To be able to play all the musical instruments that I have.
What is particularly close to my heart?
That people are open and tolerant, both towards themselves and others, but also when it comes to new and unexpected things, and that they believe in their strengths. Supporting my son in his development and giving him the freedom he needs for that.
With whom / what can I not deal at all?
With injustice, when I perceive something as unfair, regardless of whether it affects me or others.
Which experience has shaped my career as a coach the most?
To experience and be part of when, through small impulses, the coachee recognizes the possible solutions for their issues and begins to work on them.
