Interview with Claudia
What have I learned the most?
By stepping out of my own comfort zone.
Why did I become a trainer / consultant?
...because my creative ideas find resonance here and can be implemented.
...because I can be useful to other people.
...because a certain routine spreads, but never boredom.
...because there is no better profession for me!
Which project is waiting to be realized?
None, if I really want something, I implement it quickly.
What is particularly close to my heart?
My family, my friends, my projects as well as my clients and of course myself.
Who / what can I not stand at all?
Liars.
Which experience has shaped my development as a coach the most?
The professional entry, the transition from theory to practical work and the associated good and less good experiences. It is also exciting that I have found many of my own practical experiences and examples in theoretical models, thus creating a good practice-theory mix.
