What have I learned the most?
During my coaching training, I took on a new leadership role in the corporation. Due to the numerous and strong impulses from that time, I began to rethink many things. After an intense inner process, I found a very coherent path for myself. This personal experience is another foundation for me to be able to accompany others well and safely in their topics and processes.
Why did I become a trainer / consultant?
Because I really enjoy supporting people in reflecting on and expanding their professional and personal action competence. I know many situations from my leadership and corporate activities and am familiar with the rules of the game, power structures, and framework conditions in companies. Therefore, I can work particularly purposefully with my coachees.
What project is waiting to be realized?
Spending more time in Italy each year. There is still so much beautiful to discover...
What is particularly close to my heart?
I firmly believe that everyone can live their own values and beliefs even in a difficult environment and be successful while doing so. The effort required to remain true to oneself is almost always worth it.
With whom / what can I not deal at all?
On a professional level, I like to engage with my counterpart and then see what is needed in the further course. So far, I have had good experiences with that.
What experience has shaped my development as a coach the most?
That change is really possible, for everyone individually and at their own pace.
