Interview with Daniela
What have I learned the most from?
From the experience of how "the knot unties." I repeatedly experience firsthand that difficult situations in the outside world change when something clarifies and resolves within me. That it is rarely enough to have understood the situation, but that I need contact with my deeper layers – feelings, needs, and sometimes even old memories. This brings about a new clarity, unexpected solutions emerge - and then it becomes very easy...
Why did I become a trainer / consultant?
Because it is a meaningful task for me to contribute to the growth and development of people. And because I have gained a lot of quality of life myself through accompanying others – and I want to pass that on!
What project is waiting to be realized?
I dream of returning to my favorite country, Iceland, and going on a riding trek there. The Icelanders ride with a whole herd of free-running horses when they are on the road for several days. The nature there, with its barren and overwhelming beauty, makes my heart happy and my mind clear… However, I need a bit more riding fitness for that, I am working on it...
What is particularly close to my heart?
I am concerned with the question of how communication can succeed better. What is needed for people to listen to each other in such a way and express themselves in such a way that connection is created. So that relationships, teams, and organizations not only function but are also "life-enriching," as Marshall Rosenberg puts it.
Who / what can I not stand at all?
I appreciate all formats in which I can work with the process and the personal concerns of the participants as a trainer. Purely conveying methods and tools is not really my thing.
