Interview with Dr. Holger
What have I learned the most?
A few years ago, I met a person who told me about his "Mission in Life," and I realized that I didn't have something like that. That changed everything.
Why did I become a trainer / consultant?
Because in the course of my leadership activities, I noticed that the one thing I enjoy the most is developing people and leaders.
What project is waiting to be realized?
A system-relevant change in the feelings, thoughts, and actions of people that leads to overcoming different viewpoints and interests, and from a common intention, something is developed and implemented together that advances everyone.
What is particularly close to my heart?
Enabling people to have more joy at work and successfully shaping leadership and teamwork with more mindfulness and mutual appreciation.
Who / what can I not stand at all?
People who preach water and drink wine (and are even aware of it).
Which experience has shaped my career as a coach the most?
During my coaching training, I once said that I would only do things that I enjoy. A year later, a participant said that he has been wondering since then why he can't manage that. This showed me how far many people are from fulfilling work and that I would very much like to contribute to people having more joy at work.
