Interview with Dr. Viktoria

Why did I become a trainer / consultant?

Because I love enabling people to grow beyond themselves. That’s why I enjoy accompanying them on their professional and personal journey.

What have I learned the most from?

I have learned the most from my children. They are like a mirror and show me impressively what I am good at, but also where my limits lie.

Which project is waiting to be realized?

There isn’t just one project waiting for me, but many.
A few years ago, I received a sculpture from my parents. It depicts a woman climbing an infinite staircase. This figure characterizes me very well. I cannot finish one project without starting a new one.

What is particularly close to my heart?

Honesty and authenticity.

With whom / what can I not deal at all?

I struggle with dishonest and manipulative people. Especially when they act deceitfully.

Which experience has shaped my career as a coach the most?

Seeing how my coachees become more self-effective, satisfied, and solution-oriented shapes and strengthens me in my work equally.
