Interview with Eva
What have I learned the most from?
From my own highs and lows in the various personal and professional changes of the last few years:
After my tough entry into the profession as a lawyer in a corporate law firm, I dove into the corporate world and became a cog in the system. Then came the experience as a "part-time mom" and later the leap into the challenging leadership role.
Each change has opened up new perspectives for me and provided me with Aha moments.
Why did I become a trainer / consultant?
I have always found it very rewarding to come to a common solution in collaboration with others. I experienced this as a lawyer as well as in the company. The step to becoming a consultant and coach came during my parental leave. Ultimately, it was a happy coincidence and allows me diverse encounters, where a common path is crucial for success.
What project is waiting to be realized?
My big project: "Everything is possible"! A fulfilling professional activity and deep involvement in the lives of my two children. I need both, and so I simply do not give up wanting to reconcile both! But actually, it doesn't even deserve the term "project" - it is probably the great task of my current life phase.
What is particularly close to my heart?
Openness and sincerity. Interest in the other and of course: laughing together. Especially when it seems the most difficult.
With whom / what can I not at all?
With manipulative people who only want to enforce their own interests and advantages. I generally struggle the most with insincerity - whether calculated or not.
What experience has shaped my development as a coach the most?
The experience that inner change is indeed possible - regardless of external circumstances.
