Interview with Friederike
Why did I become a coach / consultant?
I have always wondered how social systems work. This ultimately led me to the profession of coach and consultant for relationship systems and dynamics. Initially, I focused on the dynamics within a person, and now I work with structures and relationship dynamics in teams and organizations.
What is particularly important to me?
I want to support people in discovering their own personal value in order to realize new degrees of freedom and to take responsibility for their own path.
What experience has most shaped my development as a coach?
The most significant influence has come from my engagements and reflections on my own conditioning.
