Interview with Joachim

What have I learned the most from?

From teachers who not only taught their profession but also conveyed their own attitude towards life. Meaning people whose teaching material is an expression of a comprehensive life concept.

Why did I become a trainer / consultant?

Because I experienced early on that I can "move" people. For me, intense contacts with people are an enrichment. My work is usually in demand when developments and changes are on the agenda. I appreciate the presence and directness of contact with people in these situations.

What project is waiting to be realized?

Lead role in the TV series "The Exciting Life of Management Consultants..."

What is particularly close to my heart?

Authenticity! I do not convey any "tricks" to achieve one's own goals as "under cover" as possible. In my experience, others (almost) always sense whether someone has hidden intentions. The effect: skepticism and reserved communication. So, it's better to remain authentic and confidently advocate for one's own interests.

With whom / what can I not deal at all?

Country music

Which experience has shaped my development as a coach the most?

How I myself experienced consulting through coaches: Which statements from consultants reached me... what has endured over time... what annoyed me...

In my own consulting work: How people could astonishingly develop during the consulting period... how knots "burst"... how successes occurred...
