Interview with Johannes

What have I learned the most?

As a very young father of now five children, I had to learn early what it means to be responsible. It has greatly shaped me to constantly align my individual professional and personal needs with the bigger picture.
Both back then in my own company in the IT sector and today as a freelance trainer and coach, it has always been important to me, as a self-employed person, to be responsible on one hand and to work with good people on the other.

Why did I become a trainer / consultant?

Many years ago, as a participant in a very moving seminar for me, I realized that I am best advised sustainably when I advise myself. This requires a counterpart that allows this. That was an eye-opener for me back then as a content consultant in the IT sector, and I wanted to learn that at all costs.

Which project is waiting to be realized?

I want to grow wine and olives on a small plot of land in southern Spain. Ideally in connection with remote work. So, in the morning a shirt and in the afternoon gardening gloves.

Who / what can I not stand at all?

People who walk through the world with an "I-first" attitude.

What experiences have shaped my development as a coach the most?

A good and resilient connection to the people I work with. Without that, I have no basis for successful process management.
