Interview with Josef
What have I learned the most from?
From crises / from resistance and from the love and affection of close and important people. Also from people and events that seemingly randomly and senselessly crossed my life and my plans.
Why did I become a trainer / consultant?
Because I - rather by chance - took a turn at a crossroads in life.
Which project is waiting to be realized?
Internally, no project is "waiting" for me anymore. Maybe that has something to do with age!? And at the same time, my little missionary within me is becoming increasingly vocal, wanting to make the world a little better, and there are many ideas...
What is particularly close to my heart?
At the moment, myself. More serenity would do me good.
With whom / what can I not get along at all?
With all those people who think they know how things work and then have stupid "answers" instead of good questions.
Which experience has shaped my development as a coach the most?
I don't know. However, I am always happy when a coachee embarks on a journey, tries new things, and is curious about the diversity of life.
