Interview with Monika

What have I learned the most from?

From situations where I felt completely alive (e.g., some coaching sessions, dancing) and from situations that scared me (e.g., new training topics, uncomfortable clients, separation).

Why did I become a trainer / consultant?

I wanted to finally live out my talents and strengths.

Which project is waiting to be realized?

The house(boat) by the water.

What is particularly close to my heart?

Trying new things, both professionally and privately. My femininity. Bringing even more lightness, meditation, and love into my life.

Who / what can I not stand at all?

People who, regardless of their inner emotional state and circumstances, constantly grin irritate me. Schnaps.

Which experience has shaped my development as a coach the most?

Whenever someone listens to me empathetically and is fully present for me, I realize firsthand that this is often more important in coaching than applying wild methods.
