Interview with Moritz
What have I learned the most from?
It was mostly the big challenges and difficult moments that had a lasting impact on me and taught me a lot. I always find it particularly valuable to courageously confront uncertainties and fears and thus increase my own potential for change.
Why did I become a trainer / consultant?
Just as I often see life as a river with many twists and turns, I am particularly focused on change processes and development at both an individual and group level. My own experiences with group processes in young adulthood awakened my enthusiasm and curiosity early on to accompany such processes and create spaces for development.
Which project is waiting to be realized?
When the time comes, the anniversary grade will be waiting to be tackled. Until then, I'll be practicing hard in the Wilder Kaiser, where there's still plenty to “conquer”!
What is particularly close to my heart?
My family and loved ones who mean everything to me; experiencing nature; community and sharing; good food and lots of exercise.
Who / what can I not stand at all?
Dishonesty and injustice make me angry, as do a lack of respect and intolerance towards diversity and difference.
Which experience has shaped my development as a coach the most?
The knowledge that it often takes less than it may seem. In the end, the truth and the right path always lie within ourselves - as a coach and consultant, I accompany this process and am part of it myself at the same time.
