Interview with Oliver

Why did I become a coach and consultant?

I love helping people and organizations to reach their self-efficacy, whether in training and workshop contexts or in coaching. In this sense, I see myself as a companion and explorer, providing impulses, offering feedback, and asking questions. If this leads to the emergence of personal solutions, I go home with a smile.

What have I learned the most from?

Clearly from failing in various life phases, which has repeatedly led me to leave my comfort zone.

What project is waiting to be realized?

As a conflict coach, I would like to contribute to overcoming a small piece of the geopolitical and cultural divisions. And as an enthusiastic Paraglider, I want to cross the Alps from north to south.

What is particularly close to my heart?

The mountains, rock music, and my friends.

Who / what can I not stand at all?

With people who are not willing to question themselves. And with social media.

Which experience has shaped my development as a coach the most?

My two mentors at the beginning of my coaching career, who treated me as an equal despite their different backgrounds and supported me in my strengths. Thank you, Ulf and Thomas.
