What have I learned the most?
From my curiosity to understand the process of failure and its counterpart, getting back up.
From hopeless situations that turned out to be opportunities. Through love. Through humor. Through patience.
Why did I become a consultant?
Because I have been interested in the topic of cause and effect since I was 8 years old. Because I feel most at home in this field and can bring the most of myself and my long-standing work into the world.
Which project is waiting to be realized?
It is probably called presence and it is not waiting. To reliably and neatly complete the upcoming projects AND to have time, space, and inspiration for my loved ones, the mountains, and my sports activities.
In the future, there are dreams that will only become projects when the time is ripe.
What is particularly close to my heart?
To see again and again with new eyes, to have the courage to be honest, to trust in one's own strength, and to be connected to something that goes beyond. To ask questions again and again. To practice all of this in action.
With whom / what can I not at all?
It becomes difficult with people who stomp through life with their self-painted hiking map and only look up to reprimand those who take a different route.
Which experience has shaped my development as a coach the most?
As a child, I often experienced that people stared intently in the direction of the loudest one. The quiet tones were drowned out. However, it only became interesting when there was silence.
