Interview with Simone

What have I learned the most from?

From people who are role models for me. From my clients and the path we take together in the coaching process. In engaging with the systemic approach. In transforming stress at the Tagesschau-Gong (start of the broadcast) into focused, confident action as well as in the humorous handling of "celebrity culture," stars, and starlets.

Why did I become a consultant?

As a journalist, I reported ABOUT people with the greatest possible neutrality and distance. As a consultant, I work WITH people in the greatest possible trust and contact. This was very important to me. And I can say that I have found my dream job, my mission in it.

What project is waiting to be realized?

A new seminar: 7 days on an island in the seclusion and retreat of a monastery, working intensively on the topic of persuasive power with a small group of participants – focusing on one's own personality and spiritual guidance from a monk.

What is particularly close to my heart?

Supporting people in becoming what they can be. And growing continuously as a coach.

With whom / what can I not at all?

With pure career thinking and elbow mentality.

What experience has shaped my development as a coach the most?

The experience of how people unfold when they come into contact with themselves.
The experience that it is not only about the mind, but about thinking with the heart.
The experience of devotion and empathy: Loving recognition of what is!
