What have I learned the most from?
From my mistakes.
Why did I become a trainer / consultant?
Good question! It was never a goal, never a vision - I rather feel: It was the logical consequence. From demand, curiosity, what drives me, the necessity for my brain to stay active, the good feeling of being able to create sustainable value for people, plus the gut feeling of this feels right.
What is particularly close to my heart?
My heart topic is the promotion of Emotional Intelligence and the growth of socially valuable companies and business models. This developmental work unites all the values and skills that are important to me and that I consider so essential and valuable for us humans. Freedom, awareness, strength, tolerance, self-reflection, growth, humor, tension and relaxation, motivation, enthusiasm, health... the list is still so long and in total it carries the heading: Promotion of Emotional Intelligence.
Which event has shaped my career as a coach the most?
There is one moment that was very impactful. I accompanied a company, specifically the board and owner, over three years in the process of organizational development with the goal of company transfer.
The moment I saw and experienced that what we had developed in our work on paper and in 1:1 had become lived corporate reality deeply impressed me. And when he then shook my hand and said: "I developed this with you. You are part of the reason why I can leave today with a clear conscience." I will never forget that moment.
With whom / what can I not at all?
With fanaticism and violence.
Which project is waiting to be realized?
Professionally: My program Emotional Intelligence, an employee development program for large companies and organizations is still waiting to take its first firm place in a company.
Privately: There are a few longer trips that I would very much like to take. However, the next immediate project is to finally afford the sculptor and stonemasonry course and to see my first own work in sandstone in the garden or yard.
