KAIROS Decision-Maker Profile© Making decisions is a skill that must be learned.
“Those who know their personal preferences have a decisive advantage.”
The KAIROS® Decision-Maker Profile was developed through many years of research based on the individual decision-making styles of a large number of executives and reflects personal problem-solving and decision-making behavior within organizations.
Dimensions of a decision...
Decisions are subject to the decision-maker’s personal preferences and are therefore - like any behavioral pattern - individually distinct. KAIROS® maps your preferred decision-making style across eight dimensions that fundamentally influence the decision-making process:
energetic – pragmatic – meticulous – flexible – intuitive – communicative – independent – level-headed
Decision-making is a skill to be learned...
In a personal reflection session with a certified KAIROS® trainer, you will identify and deepen your understanding of your own style of decision-making and problem-solving. This will help you refine your decision-making profile so you can use it as a targeted resource or - if necessary - adapt it flexibly. Ideally, this will give you confidence, composure, and resilience in critical situations. (In the worst-case scenario, you’ll “just” know yourself better).
The crucial questions...
- What significance do I attach to my preferred decision-making patterns?
- In which situations is my decision-making style successful?
- Which situations require decision-making strategies that I tend to neglect?
- How do I learn to appreciate other decision-making styles, and how can I utilize them?
