It’s all about personality types...

In certain situations and when faced with challenges, everyone responds with preferred approaches, which are referred to here as personality types. The MBTI allows you to focus on which preference is most strongly expressed in you.

It distinguishes 16 different types across four dimensions:

  • Extraversion or Introversion (E/I) – What do I focus my attention and behavior on?
  • Intuition or Sensing (N/S) – How do I take in information?
  • Thinking or Feeling (T/F) – How do I make decisions?
  • Judging or Perceiving (J/P) – With what degree of certainty do I make decisions?

That’s so typical… of me

In a personal assessment session with a certified MBTI trainer, your type profile is validated and explored in depth. This helps you better understand yourself and your interactions with others. Where understanding prevails, you can derive the benefits of your personal preferences or—if needed—initiate change.

And what’s in it for me?

The MBTI is primarily a suitable tool to support career counseling. There are no right or wrong preferences, but they help answer some key questions:

  • How well do my interests and skills align with a professional profile?
  • How can I leverage my preferred approaches to achieve my goals?
