Goals
“In nova te –> innovate!” is a one-day workshop in which the entire spectrum of innovation management topics is covered in a condensed manner and brought to life with practical touchdowns. We deal with all the components that promote creative work and innovative thinking. We develop a pool of new possible approaches for the participants' projects, deal with the enrichment and evaluation of ideas and consider how an idea can make it from paper to corporate reality.
Content and Guiding Questions
This theme day offers a wide range of information on the topic of creativity and also includes important aspects of brain physiology. In addition to the professional input, we focus on trying out helpful tools independently and working on the participants' topics.

The theme day illustrates the breadth of innovation management: from the necessary prerequisites to idea generation and evaluation through to implementation, the life cycle of an innovation becomes clear. In terms of content, participants can take away ideas for their own innovation project, while structurally they receive tips for the successful implementation of their project.
