Goals

You will learn the special features of this successful method and practise its application step by step. You will know which topics and settings it is suitable for, how to prepare it with the client and how to introduce it to the group. You will experience the special role of the facilitator and the basic attitude and behavior patterns that support a creative solution. You will learn about the similarities and differences to other systemic facilitation approaches.

Content and Guiding Questions

  • The basic elements of the facilitator role: Who am I as a dynamic facilitator? What is different compared to the classic facilitator role?
  • The quality of dialog as the key to solutions: How do I ensure radical listening as the key to broadening the field of vision? How do I accompany divergence and convergence in the group?
  • Phases and rules in the facilitation process: What do the participants need to get started? Which phases do we go through together?
  • The special features of the final phase: What supports the breakthrough? What types of breakthroughs are there? What to do when time is running out and the breakthrough is a long time coming?
  • Application examples from practice for practice (samples with joint reflection and feedback)

Benefit for your Company

If…

  • ...everyday life in your company is repeatedly characterized by topics on which teams, departments or committees are racking their brains or gnashing their teeth and the confidence to find good solutions sometimes falls by the wayside,
  • it often seems impossible to get all existing ideas “under one roof” so that adopted solutions really develop implementation power and drive,
  • instead of pseudo-agreement, you want to develop new solutions that are truly sustainable and between which no piece of paper fits.

Then…

  • ...after this two-day workshop, your managers or internal organizational consultants/trainers will be able to set up suitable working sessions and successfully accompany them as dynamic facilitators.
