It is a truism that innovation drives our economy and determines the long-term success of companies. The eternal question - especially in established and somewhat entrenched organizations / departments / teams - is: How can you manage idea generation (creativity!) and idea implementation through to market success (innovation!)? Can it be managed at all? - Yes, you can. In fact, you have to if you don't want to become redundant at some point.

This two-part workshop is the result of an innovative partnership between WeConnectAI, experts in the field of generative AI, and Janus. Together, we are making it our mission to provide you as a manager with the tools to responsibly manage the AI transformation and create sustainable competitive advantages.

Structure of the Workshop

Part 1: Basics of generative AI (realized by WeConnectAi)

In the first part of the workshop, you will gain basic knowledge about generative AI, discover relevant benchmark tools and learn how they can be effectively integrated into work processes.

  • Introduction to generative AI: overview & basics
  • Possibilities of generative AI: explore & understand AI tools
  • Specific use cases for managers: case studies & role plays
  • Data protection & regulation: legal aspects/strategies

Part 2: Integration of generative AI in leadership & collaboration (realized by Janus)

The second part of the workshop is about using the momentum and getting straight into the content-related and strategic discussion of the topic of “Generative AI in leadership & collaboration” for your company.

  • Introduction to dynamic facilitation: methodology & process
  • Collection of individual contributions & perspectives
  • Development of possible transformation impulses
  • Consolidation of the relevant integration directions & change aspects
