The situation we are currently experiencing, the effects of which will continue to occupy us for a long time to come, makes it clear how important it is for managers to skillfully navigate themselves and their employees through the crisis. This situation goes far beyond what we have experienced in larger or smaller change projects. This is why the measures and communication strategies used so far are often not enough to master the crisis in a meaningful way - or even to make use of it.
In the best case scenario, you and your employees will go into the future stronger - with the knowledge and skills to deal better with situations that cannot be planned for.
