Goals
You gain confidence, learn to assess and understand yourself better and better and expand your repertoire of behavior and methods. As a coaching manager or (prospective) coach, you will reflect on and learn why and how your coaching sessions have been successful and sometimes failed and what this may have to do with you personally. You will question your coaching behavior and can get support for difficult coaching situations.
Contents and Guiding Questions
In this seminar, you can learn and gain experience in a variety of ways: With your own concrete practical case, as a coach of other seminar participants, in the supervision by teaching coaches and the benevolent observation of the learning process of other coaches.

- Learning under supervision – Where do I want to develop further as a coach?
