Good leadership is increasingly defined by authentic self-assessment and the willingness to engage with oneself. Preparing for a leadership role therefore means being prepared to reflect on and critically compare your own personality and future role requirements.

Goals

You will gain confidence in your own leadership style, achieve increased role flexibility and sharpen your profile by comparing your self-image and the image of others. Your own reactions in difficult situations are not a mystery to you, but part of your individual leadership map, which you can communicate in a friendly manner.

With seriousness and fun, the participants experience the active shaping of personal leadership roles on the basis of different methods. Their effectiveness is reviewed in the group and they work individually on how they can be convincing without losing touch with themselves.

  • Personal values as a starting point – What characterizes my understanding of leadership? My set of values?
  • Mutual expectations – What do I want to achieve and what does my environment expect from me?
  • Energy that comes from within – What is my motivation, i.e. what are my motives
  • Situational leadership – What does my personal leadership behavior depend on?
  • Leadership as a success factor – What about my assertiveness, decisiveness and ability to deal with conflict?
  • Not just fine words – What exactly does employee orientation and social competence mean?

Janus Ressourcenmanagement

“I go how I feel!” and I have a corresponding effect on others. True to this guiding principle, in this resource management course we focus on self-awareness and recognizing interactions in contact and (positive) interaction with others. Methods from the acting context and various areas of bodywork are used to playfully illuminate and change situations (including conflictual ones) from the participants' everyday lives and their own part in them.
