Goals
This seminar is about leadership in interaction, in short: leadership of people. The seminar offers a deep insight into the secrets of this art. Through multiple intensive and person-specific feedback loops, you will get to know your own “blind spots” and hone your skills in dealing with other people's behavioral patterns and different personality types. This will deepen your control options in leadership communication - especially with “difficult” partners. Using applied explanatory models from leadership psychology, you will learn how to influence people in a way that is both challenging and supportive.

- People management – How do I gain the necessary knowledge of human nature to find the right approach to different characters?
- Effectiveness – How can I actively control what becomes effective between me and my counterpart in the interaction?
- Responsibility and influence – What responsibility is associated with the necessary influence and how do I live this in the interests of the company?

Photography
Janus RessourcenmanagementIn this resource management course, participants experience photography as an intensive means of personal expression and experience the echo of their own appearance when taking portraits of people. The unique and complex expression of personality is created in the interaction between the photographer and the person being photographed. As in the seminar, this is also about leadership and guided interaction, the story of which is told through the photos taken during the seminar.
