Intercultural Training

Culture does matter

Our offer

One definition of culture is: “It is the way we do things around here”. A simple sentence with many consequences. Different approaches - from e.g. decision making to the idea of authority - affect business and relationships. We would like to help creating awareness of how people think and act differently and what implications are driven by cultural differences.

We offer team workshops in which we are focusing on the intercultural issues as well. Culture is learned and therefore taken for granted as the way of “doing it right”. In international teams many times “doing it right” hits “doing it right”. We like to support you in making that an opportunity. Bringing that taken for granted to the surface. The opportunity in gaining a broader perspective on your task at hand because of different perspectives and thought processes. Gaining a better understanding for each other and the cultural aspects.

We offer intercultural sensitivity workshops in which we work with cases and simulations that make intercultural learning fun and a true experience.

We offer relocation training for employees and spouses. Change is strenuous, sometimes a stressful experience. The success of a foreign assignment also depends on the well being of the family. Preparation can help to adapt easier to the intercultural challenges.
