For people who want more.

For us, striving for more means not settling for what works—but asking what truly feels right. Greater clarity about one’s own perspective. Greater courage to stand one’s ground. Greater impact that stems from inner conviction rather than mere technique.

Our personal development seminars are designed for people who take responsibility for themselves—in leadership, collaboration, and life. People who aren’t looking for quick fixes, but for genuine growth. We create spaces where you can better understand yourself, reflect on your impact, and tap into new avenues for action. Because when you find your true self, you can be truly effective.

The world is in transition...

We are in a changing world. Our customers – that is you – are reacting to it. We are too.

The most visible new aspect is the virtualization of collaboration, contacts, and encounters. This cannot be reversed, and in some ways, that is a good thing. At the same time, we have all learned to greatly appreciate the value of personal encounters. We have learned to value both – it continues to be about consciously shaping encounters.

The world is VUCA – volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous. This has been clear for a long time and has only become more evident in recent years. We know little. And yet we want to navigate. Operating on sight seems to be a viable method at first, but it is not enough. We (all) need a framework to orient ourselves and align our individual decisions: values, goals, strategies. Establishing, anchoring, and further developing this framework in your organization is the most important leadership task. This requires personalities and a value-oriented corporate culture consciously shaped by these personalities. If you see it this way too, we are a good fit for you and vice versa. Details would need to be discussed.

...it is important to handle it well.

Polarization has increased, successful communication is becoming more difficult and at the same time more important. This is a societal problem that affects all of us equally. The quality of discourse and the willingness to communicate, even within companies, is crucial. Exchanging and acknowledging facts, bringing feelings into play, and dealing constructively with them. Cooperation instead of conflict. Engagement instead of conflict avoidance. Success depends on this. If you generally agree, we can probably work well together.

Values are changing, priorities are shifting, dangers and risks are being reassessed. Climate issues, wars, digitalization, exaggerated neo-liberalism, resilient democracy, gender justice, unavoidable migration, significant social problems, and global injustices, all resulting questions are coming to the forefront, into our attention, and demanding answers, even from a business perspective. We have no solutions and are struggling for positions. And we definitely want to help find good answers. Business success is not everything; it is not always (only) about economic performance. We are not primarily here to invest our strength and energy in the success of a company. There are more important things. Do you see it that way too? Let’s work on that (as well).

Our path from classical hierarchy to shared leadership

On to new shores: The story of our expedition began long before we set sail. As a dynamic consulting company dedicated to organizational, team, and personal development, we have always strived to question the status quo and venture into new territory. Despite over two decades of success in the market and a stable customer base, we posed the critical question more than eight years ago: Is more management and hierarchy the key to true responsibility and collaboration at eye level, or does it require bold rethinking? Join us on our journey from classic hierarchy to shared leadership – a path characterized by trust, innovation, and the still highly relevant desire to create an environment of collaboration and creative freedom, not only externally but also internally.

Stay cool!

Not trying to control something that is not within our control. Perceiving reality. At the moment, we can (again) do so much, and yet it is often overwhelming. (Maybe we should have done much less much earlier?) Most importantly: Taking care of ourselves, our loved ones, and what really matters. As always, Janus with its experienced coaches is also by your side in this. Searching. Providing orientation and support. At eye level.
