Interview with Claudia
What have I learned the most?
I have learned from my biographical loops that one should above all be true to oneself, and I continuously learn from the cases of the seminar participants. In the international environment, I have learned that there are many "right" approaches.
Why did I become a trainer / consultant?
Because I am curious and enjoy accompanying people in their development. My experience abroad and with the international seminar participants shows me that while we are getting closer globally, in everyday life we are fortunately shaped by very different value systems that determine our thinking and acting, leading and communicating. Creating a platform for exchange and learning in this tension field is always a challenge and great joy for me.
What project is waiting to be realized?
Taking a break with my family and traveling the world.
What is particularly close to my heart?
It is close to my heart to make a person's individual strengths visible to them, to direct a new perspective on a matter, to create structure and clarity, and to foster understanding for other behaviors.
With whom / what can I not deal at all?
I struggle with pride and arrogance. With assignments that are not really assignments.
What experience has shaped my career as a coach the most?
The very different experiences abroad, both professionally and personally, my personal encounters, the opportunities I have received and seized, and the failures from which I have learned.
