Interview with Jasmine

What have I learned the most?

I have learned the most in dealing with other people, their feedback, and from their (ge-)stories. I also receive honest and direct feedback daily from my children. Some crises in my life repeatedly teach me humility and gratitude.

Why did I become a trainer / consultant?

During my time as a PR consultant, I attended an NLP seminar. I was completely fascinated by how language and behavior unconsciously influence the contact between people and that this contact is changeable. Over time, it became increasingly important for me to focus not on a person's behavior but on the inner attitude that a person brings. This is shaped and developed through experience. Particularly "counter-sensical" behavior often arises from protective and defensive reactions. To bring about changes here, my focus is on personality work.

Which project is waiting to be realized?

Living and working by the sea.

What is particularly close to my heart?

Giving people the space to show themselves as they really are, what they truly feel, and from there supporting them in desirable changes. This means initially acknowledging with appreciation what is present. This requires trust and understanding. Building and enabling this repeatedly is very important to me. Sometimes it even succeeds in facing one's own shadow with humor.

My family.

Who / what can I not stand at all?

With leaders who are not interested in leading people. With systems that exploit their employees. With contemporaries who only believe in their own truth and leave no room for "being different."

Which experience has shaped my development as a coach the most?

In encountering the finiteness of life, many things are put into perspective, and the truly important people and moments come to light. We will also see the essential at this threshold and be very close to our own truth. Aligning our actions with this today, utilizing our potential, and shaping life in a fulfilling way is a guiding principle for me and my consulting.
