Interview with Simona
What have I learned the most from?
I have learned the most about myself from personal failures and temporary disorientation, and in the process, I have grown beyond myself. I have realized that the way out of my disorientation is always connected to a big step out of my Komfortzone, which repeatedly requires courage and strength to believe in one's own strengths.
Why did I become a consultant?
I am fascinated by people and their personal stories. It brings me great joy to accompany people in their story by helping them turn their own ideas into action and achieve their goals. Additionally, in this profession as a trainer/consultant, I can effectively combine my creativity and my thirst for knowledge.
Which project is waiting to be realized?
I currently have countless ideas swirling in my head that I would like to realize. One of them is to write my own book, another is to travel around the world with a backpack along the equator. At the same time, I want to create more personal space for myself alongside the ongoing projects to also let my soul unwind a bit.
What is particularly close to my heart?
My daily work with and for people, traveling the world, and getting to know other people, cultures, and nature. And of course, my family and friends, who always have an open ear for me.
With whom / what can I not deal at all?
Hypocritical and self-satisfied people are difficult for me, especially when they do not question themselves and their actions.
Which experience has shaped my development as a coach the most?
The knowledge and personal conviction that lifelong learning and personal development are possible, and the experience of how a sudden insight can strike a person like a lightning bolt. It is beautiful to see how people then embark on new paths.
