What have I learned the most from?
From personal life crises – even when I thought, this can't be good for me, it has always turned out in hindsight that I made a significant developmental step for myself and grew. And from my son, who, alongside all the love he gives me, always challenges me to explore my boundaries and be clear.
Why did I become a trainer / consultant?
Because I care about people and have great respect for anyone who decides to look at their issues and their story and work with them. And because I was given a great opportunity in my early 20s that I took advantage of, for which I am very grateful!
Which project is waiting to be realized?
To create more space for myself again!
What is particularly important to me?
My family, with everything that comes with it; friendships; fun and joy in life; the color red, because it represents pure life energy for me; dancing and laughing; an honest counterpart; "creative silliness."
With whom / what can I not deal at all?
Dishonesty, arrogance, and conceit, too many words, "not knowing where I stand," and when someone constantly tries to "walk over" my boundaries.
Which experience has shaped my development as a coach the most?
The engagement with myself in contact with myself and with other people. Having to/being allowed to "jump over my shadow" again and again. The numerous colleagues who have accompanied me on my journey, sometimes longer and sometimes shorter...
