Crises, both large and small, will become more frequent. This is an almost inevitable consequence of increasing complexity in a networked world. The basis for our existentially important sense of coherence - predictability, predictability, controllability - will increasingly diminish. This creates anxiety and uncertainty among team members. Team cohesion and thus the team's “immune system” will be weakened. Managers must provide orientation here. They are the key to team resilience.

2 x 3 hours of team development with 2 trainers
Preparatory handouts in advance

Video conferencing via Microsoft Teams and any additional programs. A license for these products is not required for participation.
