Acting powerfully (again). Self-Management

Personalities shape sustainable companies...

Strong personalities aren’t easy to manage. They make their own decisions. They don’t simply do what they’re told. They reflect on what is presented to them and strive to align it with their own values and goals. When this alignment is achieved, they move forward with power and great effectiveness. (This is how we define identification and commitment.) Companies must be strong—or be willing to become strong—to truly foster personalities among their employees. In return, they are rewarded with a vibrant and powerful corporate culture.

... and are compelling in their own right.

This is how we define personality: being true to yourself and your own strength and standing by that. Making an impact from within - ideally effortlessly. This is what gives all the talk about “authenticity” its meaning. All our seminars focus on how you can develop your personality - essentially growing into it. (This is how we define growth.) Personalities are convincing from within; they make an impact because they are in touch with themselves and others and speak their minds. They are successful because they have and uphold a solid and well-founded set of values. They are open to criticism, know their own limits, and can handle them. They usually possess a compelling mix of consistency in their approach and sensitivity toward people.

A seminar that touches and moves. Every single
person in the group was picked up at their current
point of view and empowered to see their self-
efficacy and individual leadership power and then
to be able to use this powerfully.

Embodiment - the mutual influence of mind and body

Imagine your brain is like a dense forest with well-worn paths. These paths represent your habitual behaviors. Change means blazing new trails through this forest—a laborious but rewarding task. The latest findings in brain research show that it is possible to create and strengthen these new paths so that, over time, they become just as strong as the old ones.

Our program director, DCV teaching coach, and long-time Janus trainer Jasmine Harde talks about embodiment—the mutual influence of mind and body. And if you’d like to learn more, we cordially invite you to try a little self-experiment.

Sounds interesting. I want to read more!
