Goals
In this seminar, you will say goodbye to the idea that conflicts can be avoided. Perhaps you will increasingly see how useful and invigorating it can be to deal with conflicts not only with yourself, but also with others. In any case, you will learn that everyone deals with conflict in their own way and that it is helpful to know yourself and your differences. The goal is clarity and sustainable decisions. The basis is respect and appreciation, even in critical situations.
Contents and Guiding Questions
In this seminar, you will learn how to personally deal with conflicts and what this means for your everyday life. You will test and learn alternatives to your previous conflict behavior, and you will expand your range of action when it comes to dealing constructively with different types of conflicts.
- Conflict styles and conflict types – How differently can one experience and act in conflicts? What type am I? What does this have to do with my life story?
- Conflict dynamics – How do I create conflicting vicious circles … and how do I get out of them?
- Conflict strategies – How do I recognize and defuse indirect (manipulative) approaches in myself and others?
- Inner conflicts – How do they fuel my outer conflicts and how do I recognize and defuse them?
- Negotiations – How do I ask from a cooperative and consensus-oriented attitude, and how do I create win-win situations?
- Reframing – How can a change of perspective and creative, refreshing reformulations help with entrenched conflicts?
- Unresolvable conflicts – How do I recognize them and how do I resolve them?
