Personalities convince from within.

This is how we define personality: Being oneself and standing by one's own strength. Acting from within – preferably effortlessly. This is how the talk of "authenticity" gains meaning. All Janus seminars revolve around how you can develop your personality, so to speak, grow into it. (This is how we define growth.) Personalities are convincing from within; they move (something) because they are in contact with themselves and others and say what is. They are successful because they have a solid and well-founded value framework that they represent. They are open to criticism, know their own limits, and can handle them. They usually possess a compelling mix of consistency in the matter and sensitivity to people.

Personalities shape future-ready companies.

Personalities are not easy to manage. They make their own decisions. They do not simply do what they are told. They reflect on what is presented to them and fight for the connection with their own values and goals. When this connection succeeds, they move forward powerfully and effectively. (This is how we define identification and commitment.) Companies must be strong or want to become strong in order to truly foster personalities among their employees. They will be rewarded with a vibrant and powerful corporate culture.

Personalities learn on three levels.

We learn best and very sustainably when our mind is addressed and fed, when our emotions are activated and involved, and when we understand and integrate the associated physical experiences. Classical leadership training primarily addresses the mind. More modern variants also or predominantly focus on the emotional dynamics in leadership situations. In a Janus seminar, cognition and emotion are equally connected with the physical level. Because change and learning can be initiated on all three levels... to then be followed through on the other levels. We call the body-oriented support of learning and targeted change, which is likely unique in the German-speaking area, Ressourcenmanagement, recently also Neurobiologische Muntermacher. Our participants can look forward to it and be surprised by it.
