Goals
In this seminar, you will have time and opportunity for an intensive assessment of your current situation and goals, on the basis of which you can (re)connect with your sources of strength, your values and needs, your passion and your goals. All in all, the aim is to ensure your performance and enjoyment of life. This seminar is particularly helpful if you are at a (professional) crossroads and are looking for orientation.
Contents and Guiding Questions
Every change requires a pause in the daily routine and careful reflection: Where are you now in your life and career and where do you (still) want to go after the experiences you have had so far? How are you managing your energy and strength levels? Are you living in harmony with your values, needs and talents? What potential of your personality is lying dormant? - We will explore these questions in the seminar. In particular, we will look at the following:
- My location – Which of my personal goals have I achieved in the past? Which ones didn't? Where have I looked the other way, what have I lost along the way? How do I describe my current situation?
- What makes me special – What are my own strengths, is there enough room for them, what can I develop and how? How do I use my energy beneficially? Which insights about myself am I constantly avoiding?
- My goal – What is north on my inner compass for my professional advancement? What is the overarching goal?
- The way forward – How can I find fulfillment and satisfaction, what successes are important for this? What personal development goals will I choose for the future, in the short, medium and long term?
- Resilience – How can I increase my resilience under stress and pressure? How do I use my energy to remain capable of acting and performing in future stressful situations? What does this mean for my everyday life?
Benefit for your Company
Well-founded new decisions are made during this seminar. You get back managers who
- know what they want and where they want to go, and are prepared to work hard to achieve it,
- manage their energy well and use their talents to good effect,
- have critically reviewed their position and their tasks and, if necessary, make constructive suggestions for change,
- take courageous responsibility for creating a balance between professional challenges and personal health.
Movement & Perception
Janus RessourcenmanagementWhen we think of “exercise”, we quickly think of sport, and therefore of competition and performance - higher, faster, further. That's not what this is about. As part of resource management, we explore what we need to be relaxed AND productive again. Each person receives feedback on their exercise routines and takes tips on self-management into their everyday business life - individually tailored to them.
